Allan (Dodger) Neave’s first job was at Kraft in Allansford which lasted two years. He then become a builders labourer working on the construction of Kmart in East Warrnambool.
Dodgers career at Midfield started after Ian Dalton asked him to put in for a job. His first supervisor was Peter (Pickles) O’Donnell and has had numerous since then. Dodger has spent most of his working
life at Midfield in the small stock processing floor primarily on the forequarter work up areas using air knives.
