Midfield’s Manager Technical and Regulatory Services Noel Kelson has been appointed to the Australian Meat Industry Council (AMIC) board. Noel has been an integral part of Midfield’s growth and development since joining the company in 1995. His contribution has particularly focused on the quality assurance sector, as the company’s founding Quality Assurance Manager for 19 years. Prior to this he was a meat inspector in the Australian government for 24 years. Noel has implemented and overseen a huge quality assurance evolution, including representing the industry on the ground-breaking Hot Boning Consultative Committee. Noel’s nomination was ratified by the unanimous acceptance of the Board.]]>
