Farmed on the green pastures of Australia, Southern Grande is a premium range of beef cuts designed to appeal to consumers seeking true quality and premium products.

Southern Grande Beef is produced on the greatest continent in the world, renowned for its farming success and quality premium meat products. Product is sourced from the finest farms in south-west Victoria, members of an exclusive group of Midfield partner farms that are chosen for their commitment to quality beef and lamb and best practices in animal husbandry.

Aged up to 18 months, the beef are grass fed in a relaxed, natural and stress-free farming environment. They are finished on grain to ensure the premium quality meat expected for this range.

Once it’s time for selection the expert Midfield team looks over each herd carefully, selecting only the highest quality beef that make the grade. Once selected we then ensure they are processed using traditional halal methods, chilled, boned and packaged for transport direct to our premium markets around the world.
