The 246 range incorporates delicious beef cuts as well as tender and juicy lamb legs, racks, shoulders, shanks and loins, providing you with a taste of the best Australian farming and meat processing practices.
The young lambs are raised on grass and finished on grain in the relaxed, stress-free environment of Australia’s prime agriculture region, with wide open space, optimal rainfall and ideal growing conditions, while nearby the 70-day free beef are raised on grass, before being finished on grain.
Hormone and antibiotic free, when they are at their prime they are selected for traditional Halal slaughter, before being processed and packaged at The Midfield Group’s local operations.
