With a focus on Meat Processing and HACCP, Midfield provides First Aid, Quality Assurance and Food Processing training.

Skills Base Australia is a small, private training organisation which focuses on food processing and quality training. They deliver a range of qualifications including First Aid training, Meat Inspection, HACCP and Customer Service.
