Farming is in our genetics – Australian’s have been doing it for generations. Our nation was built on the land, breathing the fresh country air, working our farms and enjoying the wide open space.

The rich heritage of our family’s farming experience dates to the days just after World War 1, when Australia’s farming community needed a hand. The government created Soldier Settlement schemes to reinvigorate the farming sector – and our family took up life on the land.
Now, 100 years later, we have a century of experience and generations of farming knowledge under our belt.
Our home farm and its rich heritage, have inspired Midfield’s Homestead range. We wanted to recreate the fresh, home grown flavours our parents enjoyed as children, eating beef and lamb grown on their family farm and butchered locally.
It’s this experience that has allowed us to deliver to you our Homestead range of grass fed beef. We are fortunate to farm in one of the world’s premium farming areas, with our rich soil producing lush pastures and some of the best beef the world has ever seen.
