Midfield Trading
Established in 2000, Midfield Trading is the domestic meat trading arm of The Midfield Group.
Midfield Trading distributes beef, lamb, pork, chicken, seafood, offals, trim, game and other processed and manufactured meats, including small goods, to retail butchers and independent supermarkets throughout Australia.
Chilled, cryvaced and frozen goods, as well as basic consumables for their retail butchering needs (such as knives, aprons, trays and sausage casings), are all available.
Midfield Trading has offices and cold storage facilities in each mainland capital city, servings that state’s metropolitan, regional and rural clients.
