Midfield Warrnambool Site Contractor Induction
1. Creating an Account

Begin the Midfield Contractor Site Induction process

Select Midfield Site Induction for Contractors
Then select the SEE MORE button

Select the Login to Enroll

Select the Register an Account
- Create a Username (must be your email address)
- add your email address
- select the Register button
A password will be emailed to you specifying that you need to change to your own password.

Check your email for the notification
You will receive an email from a noreply address. If you don’t see it, it is likely to be in your junk/spam folder.
Click on the link in email and it will take you to the special page to reset your password.
Note, this email will look like this:

Create a password
Enter a strong password and select the Reset Password button

Select the Login button
This will take you back to the Skillsbase login page.
Where prompted, enter your new username and password.
2. Starting the Induction Process

Select Midfield Site Induction for Contractors
Select the TAKE THIS COURSE button.

Select the first lesson
Select the first lesson called The Midfield Group
- Read the lesson then mark as complete
- Repeat this process for each lesson.

Complete Induction questions
When all lessons have been read and marked as completed, select the lesson called CONTRACTOR INDUCTION QUESTIONS.
Select the START QUIZ button and enter the questions.
When you pass the test with a score of 100%, select the CLICK HERE TO CONTINUE button.

Complete the Acknowedgement Form
You MUST complete the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and select the SUBMITbutton.

Select the MARK COMPLETE button
You are now finished the course.
