Slaughter fee: $100.00
Boning & packaging fee: $1.20/kg
Animal Delivery
Animals are to be delivered between 3pm-4pm Sunday & 6am-4pm Monday (Tuesday kill). All animals held on hay & water.
Note: Animals are not to be delivered to site without a booking that has been confirmed.
Cattle must be accompanied with National Vendor Declaration form and NLIS ear tag.
Hanging Time
Carcasses will hang for a minimum of 7 days before boning.
Packaging
Bulk pack chilled or frozen.
Pickup
To be confirmed once body has been processed.
